2. Scope of Services

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be defined in a project proposal or statement of work agreed upon before work commences.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due as specified in the project proposal. Standard terms require 50% upfront payment before work begins and 50% upon delivery of final deliverables. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee. All prices are quoted in EUR and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all final deliverables and associated intellectual property rights are transferred to the client. contentgrowthnetwork retains the right to display work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Draft materials and working files remain the property of contentgrowthnetwork.
5. Revisions
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions as specified in the project proposal. Additional revision rounds may be subject to additional fees. Revision requests must be provided in writing within 7 business days of deliverable receipt.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Completed deliverables remain the property of the client upon full payment.

3. Partial Refunds

4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: completed and approved deliverables, rush order fees, third-party costs incurred on your behalf, and work that has been utilized or published by the client.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days. If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative method will be arranged.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding refunds, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
